Every project includes a 30-day post-launch warranty period during which we address any bugs or issues attributable to our implementation at no additional cost. Beyond that, we offer optional ongoing maintenance and support retainer packages on a month-to-month basis.
Yes. Upon final payment, all custom code and design deliverables produced specifically for your project are transferred to you in full. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Projects are billed in two instalments: 50% upon signing the agreement (non-refundable deposit) and 50% upon project completion before final delivery. For larger engagements, we can structure milestone-based payment schedules. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
Yes, though we conduct a code review before committing to any scope involving an existing codebase. This allows us to assess technical debt, compatibility, and effort accurately. We will be transparent if what we find affects the original estimate.
